Game Play:

No more than 12 on a roster

​Games - Four 8-minute quarters

Goalies initiate play after goals are scored; draws occur only at the start of each quarter.

Everybody plays on both sides of the field(offense/defense); substitutions are made on the fly
 

Field Size: Approximately 70x35 yds.

Fouls:



Minor Foul = 30 seconds


Major Foul = 1 minute


Expulsion Foul or 3+ minutes of Major Fouls
